Having been in the appraisal business before entering Real Estate, I have been consistent with evaluating the housing market. For purposes of move-up buyers, investors, or empty-nesters, it is my power of knowledge and my honesty to admit when I don't know something but will find out that keeps me busy.
I have co-managed the construction of home building, which gives me a knowledge of how a home is put together. The process of home building, to home evaluating, to home selling has been the map of my real estate career.
